How Much Do Pole Classes Cost in Hyderabad? 1:1, Group and Packages Explained

4 min read

Cost is one of the first things people want to know before booking a pole class, and it is often hard to find a straight answer. Prices differ from studio to studio, so we can only speak for ours. Below is exactly what each option costs at Aer Goddess in Narsingi, what you get, and how to choose without overspending on day one.

The short version: you can start for free. The Saturday group class is free to attend with a refundable deposit of 1,500 INR, a private 1:1 class is 1,700 INR, and packages start at 6,400 INR.

What does a pole class cost at Aer Goddess?

A 1:1 class costs 1,700 INR, a gym class costs 2,000 INR, and the Saturday group class is free to attend. Here is each option:

  • Free Saturday group class: free. 60 minutes, from 2:00 to 3:00 PM, up to 4 people per session. A refundable 1,500 INR deposit is paid when you book your spot and refunded after you attend the full class in person.

  • Private 1:1 class: 1,700 INR per class. 75 minutes, just you and the instructor.

  • Package of 4 classes: 6,400 INR (1,600 INR per class).

  • Package of 6 classes: 9,500 INR (about 1,583 INR per class).

  • Package of 8 classes: 12,000 INR (1,500 INR per class).

  • Gym class at Vyb Active: 2,000 INR per class. 60 minutes, in a group at the gym.

What do you get in the free class?

The free class is a 60 minute group session for up to 4 people, held on Saturdays from 2:00 to 3:00 PM. A refundable 1,500 INR deposit is paid when you book your spot and refunded after you attend the full class in person. It is a chance to try the pole, meet your instructor and see whether you enjoy it before you commit to anything. There is no commitment to continue. Because places are limited to 4, it is worth booking ahead.

1:1 class or group class: which is worth it?

Choose a 1:1 class for attention and the gym class for atmosphere. A private 1:1 class costs a little less per class than the gym class, and the whole session is paced around you. You can ask questions, repeat a move as often as you need and work toward a goal of your own. It suits you if you feel shy, are completely new, or want faster progress.

The gym class at Vyb Active is more energetic and social. It suits you if you like training alongside others and want a gym setting. Both are good starting points. The honest difference is attention versus atmosphere.

Which package should you pick?

Pick 4 classes to start, 6 if you already enjoy pole, and 8 for the lowest cost per class. A rough guide:

  • 4 classes: a sensible first step if you want to try pole weekly for a month and see how you feel.

  • 6 classes: if you already know you enjoy it and want a steadier rhythm.

  • 8 classes: the lowest cost per class, for people who are sure they will keep coming.

Check the validity period of a package when you book, so you can plan your classes around it. If you are not sure, you do not need to buy a package up front. Start with the free class (refundable deposit of 1,500 INR), then try one 1:1 class, and decide after that. You can see every package on our plans and pricing page.

Is pole fitness worth the money?

It is worth it if you enjoy it, and the free class is the cheapest way to find out. Pole combines strength work, balance and movement in a way many people find more enjoyable than a standard gym routine. We would rather not promise results or a timeline, because they depend on how often you train and on your own body. What we can say is that you will know after the free class whether it feels right, and the class itself is free (the 1,500 INR deposit is refundable). If you are worried about flexibility or strength, read our answer to whether you need to be flexible or strong to start pole fitness.

What else should you budget for?

Very little beyond the class fee. Wear comfortable, fitted clothes that leave your legs and arms bare for grip, and bring a water bottle and a small towel. Our guide to your first pole class in Hyderabad covers what to wear in detail. If you are still choosing a studio, our practical guide to pole classes in Hyderabad explains what to look for.
